Our mares are grouped in small herds of 3 or 4, all with similar foaling dates and compatible characters. The paddocks are post and railed, on well maintained, well drained land. They are turned out during the day, and stabled at night; where they are under camera. The mares are watched all night (through shared family 'nightwatch' shifts0, and we live on site; attending the birth from the first instance, there to assist your mare should she need help.

There is no extra cost for a mare with a foal at foot and we also offer Youngstock Livery, should that be required post weaning.

Mares can board with us all year round or just for the foaling period or until weaning has been completed.
